How To Fix "No users found".

While attempting to add more users to Flamingo®, you might get the message "No users found.".

Note - If a user in Slack does not appear in the Flamingo® user list, please contact us with the user's Slack profile name and email. We will add the user for you.

If you are a manager in Flamingo®, you cannot invite new users. You will need to ask your Flamingo® owner or admin to invite the users to Flamingo® first. Then your Flamingo® owner or admin can add the users to your team - How To Add More Users To Flamingo® .

Or you can ask your Flamingo® admin to make you an admin and you can add the users yourself - How to Make Another User an Admin or Owner.
