How to Make Another User an Admin or Owner

You might wish to add other team members to Flamingo® as an owner or admin. This will allow them further control over your account.

Please note - Only an owner can assign another user as an owner.

Only an owner and admin can make another user an admin.

Managers cannot make another user an owner or admin. To learn more about user roles and their abilities, click here.


To do this, simply follow the instructions below.

First, click on the "Users" text button at the top of your screen.

This will take you to a new page where you will see a list of active members in your Flamingo® account. Search for the member you need and click on that user.

A modal will now open, click on "Settings", then click the required checkbox and hit Save.

It will now list that user as an Owner or Admin beside their name.
