What Are The Different User Roles In Flamingo®?

There are 4 user roles in Flamingo®. These are Owner - Admin - Manager - User.

Below is a list of the different privileges each role has.

Owner

Owners in Flamingo® can -

  • Assign another user as an owner.
  • Manage billing.
  • Add a user to Flamingo®.
  • Add new teams.
  • Add another user as an admin.
  • Approve, deny, and cancel a leave request for another user.
  • View insights.
  • Edit any team.
  • Access the account "Settings" area.
  • Request a leave.

This user role gives the most privileges. So it is best suited for CEO's and bosses.

How To Make Another User an Owner?

Admin

Admins in Flamingo® can -

  • Manage billing.
  • Add a user to Flamingo®.

Managers in Flamingo® can -

  • Approve, deny, and cancel a leave request for another user.
  • View insights.
  • Edit only teams they are a manager of.
  • Request a leave.
