How To Fix The "email_already_exists" Error Code

While attempting to log in to the Flamingo web app, you might get the error code "email_already_exists".

This means you are already in another Flamingo account. You cannot use the same email with two Flamingo accounts.


The solution is to message us to ask to completely remove the user from one of your Flamingo accounts. Please contact us using the link below.

Or use a different email address.

Instead of using "me@work.com," you can use an alias email address like "me+1@work.com." Flamingo will then use "me+1@work.com" for the second Flamingo subscription.
