How To Fix The "email_already_exists" Error Code

While attempting to log in to the Flamingo® web app, you might get the error code "email_already_exists".

This means you are already in another Flamingo® account. You cannot use the same email with two Flamingo® accounts.


The solution is to message us to ask to completely remove the user from one of your Flamingo® accounts. Please contact us using the link below.

Or use a different email address.

Instead of using "me@work.com," you can use an alias email address like "me+1@work.com." Flamingo® will then use "me+1@work.com" for the second Flamingo® subscription.
