How To Find And Download A Leave Report

Leave reports are a great feature for seeing a breakdown of your team member's leave. You can download reports for your entire company, per team, and per user.

Please Note: This feature is only accessible to owners, admins, and managers.

Team Reports

You can find leave reports for your whole team by going to - Users

Next, click the "Download Report" button -

Now you can decide which type of report to download -

Per User Report

To locate a team member's leave report, simply select their name from your Users page.

Then that team member's leave report will appear. Now you can view their "Leave Report" and "Leave Requests".

There is an Export CSV option for both on the bottom right of each table.
