How to Export Leaves to Your Google or Outlook Calendar Feed
Flamingo gives you the ability to add leaves to various calendar apps.
What leaves will be in the calendar?
This depends on the option used in the "Who can see others leave?" feature. If the "Users can see the organization’s leave.", all leaves will be shown in the calendar feed, regardless of role.
If " Users can only see their own leave. " then the following applies:
Owners and admins can see all leaves for the organization in their own Flamingo calendar feed.
A manager can see leaves for the team they are a member of and a manager of.
For a regular user who are not an admin or team manager, they will only see their own leaves and not the leaves for the rest of the team.
Can I share this calendar link with anyone?
Yes, you can send this link to anyone and they can view your leaves in their calendar of choice.
Regular users can view the leaves for the organization when an owner, admin, or team manager shares the calendar feed with the regular user.
Where to find your Calendar feed link?
